1. What Constitutes Spam & Manipulation?
Spam and abusive activities include, but are not limited to:
- Bulk or Repetitive Posting: Submitting repeated, duplicate, or expired deals, comments, or external URLs across the website.
- Reward Points Farming: Submitting fabricated, deceptive, out-of-stock, or low-quality deals solely to earn contributor approval points or milestone bonuses.
- Vote Manipulation & Collusion: Using multiple accounts, burner profiles, bot scripts, proxy networks, or coordinated voting rings to inflate upvotes on deals or manipulate contributor point milestones.
- Unsolicited Promotion: Sending unsolicited direct messages, spam comments, commercial promotional links, or unauthorized affiliate redirects.
- Misleading Redirects: Concealing destination URLs, using URL shorteners to mask malicious destinations, or submitting deceptive affiliate tracking links without disclosure.
2. Contributor Rewards Fair-Use Rules
The SaveTheDeals Contributor Rewards Program is designed to reward active members who discover genuine savings for the community. To ensure fairness:
- Qualified Upvotes Only: Only genuine upvotes from unique, authenticated, and active community members count toward contributor points and upvote milestones. Self-votes, bot-driven votes, duplicate IP upvotes, and collusion votes are automatically filtered out and disqualified.
- Deal Verification: Submitted deals must offer verifiable discounts on recognized merchant platforms. Submissions with artificially inflated original prices or misleading discounts will be rejected.
- One Account Per Contributor: Each member is permitted only one SaveTheDeals account. Creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses or boost submissions is strictly prohibited.
- Redemption Audits: All reward redemption requests undergo a routine security and activity audit prior to payout to ensure all points were earned legitimately.
3. User & Contributor Responsibilities
By using SaveTheDeals.in and participating in our rewards program, you agree to:
- Submit only authentic, working, and genuinely discounted offers with accurate details.
- Maintain a single, legitimate user profile with valid contact information.
- Respect community voting integrity by never engaging in upvote/downvote trading or automated scripting.
- Use communication channels responsibly without sending spam, promotional solicitations, or irrelevant messages.
4. Consequences of Violations
Any account found engaging in spamming, fake deal submissions, or rewards manipulation will face immediate disciplinary actions:
- Content Deletion: Immediate removal of all spam comments, duplicate links, and fraudulent deal submissions.
- Points Forfeiture: Immediate and permanent cancellation/forfeiture of all accumulated contributor reward points and pending redemption requests.
- Account & IP Termination: Permanent ban and IP blacklisting of all associated user accounts and disqualification from future reward participation.
5. Reporting Spam & Abusive Behavior
If you spot spam, suspicious voting activity, fake discounts, or fraudulent behavior on our platform, please report it immediately to support@savethedeals.in or through our Contact Us page. Our moderation team investigates all reports promptly.
